Representation Standards

Artists represented by Omerta Music Research LTD operate under exclusive deeds of representation that consolidate, under a single agreement, all of the following:

• → Master recording rights for past and future recorded works
• → Publishing administration rights
• → Neighboring rights collection and administration
• → Synchronization licensing across audiovisual, advertising, and gaming sectors
• → Digital distribution across all DSPs through the LTD's unified supply chain
• → Performance rights collection where statutorily available

This single-counterparty structure eliminates the fragmentation that historically characterizes MENA artist careers, where rights are split across local labels, regional aggregators, and informal arrangements with no unified accounting.

Rights Posture

Artists on the roster retain full creative authority over their work. The LTD does not claim editorial control, lyrical approval, or production direction. The LTD's exclusive function is the legal, financial, and distribution infrastructure surrounding the work — not the work itself.
