Exclusive Master Rights · MENA Focus · English Law
Inbound or outbound identification of a catalog candidate. Initial review of artistic significance, commercial track record, and apparent chain of title. No commitment is made at this stage; all communications are confidential.
Forensic review of every contract, license, and assignment that has touched the catalog since its original creation. Identification of all parties holding any residual right (master, mechanical, neighboring, publishing). No acquisition proceeds without a clean chain.
Reconciliation of historical revenue across all DSPs against ISRC and UPC delivery data. Identification of unpaid streams, unauthorized uploads, and distribution agreements that have outlived their commercial usefulness.
Execution of an irrevocable deed of assignment under English law, transferring 100% of master recording rights, mechanical rights, digital distribution rights, and associated intellectual property to Omerta Music Research LTD. Signature is conducted with notarial or municipal legalization where the assignor is based outside the United Kingdom.
Re-delivery of the acquired catalog to all major DSPs through the LTD's unified supply chain, with cleaned metadata, corrected ISRC registry, harmonised cover art, and a single point of revenue collection.
All inbound enquiries are processed under strict confidentiality. Initial contact does not constitute negotiation. No catalog is publicly named as a target until a deed of assignment has been executed and gazetted.
